Can anybody tell me the name and treatment of that disease?

Few cobs in our field are showing this oozy signs, and the plant is showing wilt symptoms.

infestation of gross wilt and blight of maize, spray cooper oxychloride, further for Mealybug infestation spray malathion.

Dear Ajay Reddy For control of mealy bugs , spray Chloropyriphos 2ml OR Dimethoate 1.7 ml in one litre of water.
