Identify which pest it is & suggest me control measure

Dear Ballu Bharath It is some caterpillar ( which I don't know to be frank enough ) which cuts the silk of cobs . Spray Malathion 2 ml per litre of water. Instead , Malathion can be dusted 8 to 10 kg per acre . Looking at the size of the cobs , I feel that the pollination has already happened and there is no harm even if the silk of the cobs is removed
