Hi Faizan Shaikh its Phosphorus Deficiency in maize tell about your area and about fertilizer In this stage put 50 kg diamonium phosphorus 1 day before irrigation after this mix 25 nitrogen in 200 ltr water and solve it in water and give it in flood your maize will change the colour and start growth
