Does anyone recognise this butterfly on my corn crop?

There doesn't appear to be serious damage but i just noticed a lot of three this morning and would like to find out if they are friend our foe.

Ehren Garner I thought it does not feed on maize. But actually I found sources which classify it as a minor pest in maize/corn. We will adjust that to our library
