Leaves go red or brown, more from middle not edges and not veins, and new growth stops, from middle spring through to summer, plants are in ground, well but not over watered

Not healthy leaves are growing, even though the plant has flourished well, Plz suggest something which will be beneficial for this type plant..
Something happened to my grape plant leaves and this happened post applying MAP. Not sure is that the reason. Please help

Thank you, I think your previous suggestion of viral leaf curl led me to the suggestion of phosphorus deficiency, I don't think there are any mites
