Hi Roop. As per your sent image and your explanation, your Grape crop is severely effected by Powdery Mildew of Grape and Grape Rust . Click on green links for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library immediately.

Take a spray of any one of available systemic fungicide with immediate effect. Consult to your input suppliers for effective management of pesticide residues if you are exporting the produce.
