Not yet and the spots are smaller than mildew on the picture.

Its healty now. Before that small black spots appered and after you sprays some fungicide and then small black spot removed and appearing like this

No black spots. Maybe chlorosis? If it is, wath next: Zn Fe Ca Mg ... , which formula? Now08.25. the same picture again, i sprayed Scudo+Megafol.
