Drying of grapes what is the reason

After I have pruned the wine, the new shoots that are coming are curling inwards, there seems no disease to the naked eye, but there so some kind of infestation, could it be fungal !!

H Waqas Ali as per your image it seems due to fungal infestations. Powdery Mildew of Grape Mix one TSP of bakings powderd in 1L of water. Do the foliar application to your plant.It is an organic control. I hope you will get better result.
