Hello dear Shahzaib Khan how are you dear the symptom i suspected due to Aphids attack dear just apply acetamiprid or imidacloprid+NPK dear that your grape open leaves

Dear and near brother Shahzaib Khan yea why not confidor is (imidacloprid) of bayer company and good product against aphids, whitefly, jassid etc just go for confidore and apply it dear
