After I have pruned the wine, the new shoots that are coming are curling inwards, there seems no disease to the naked eye, but there so some kind of infestation, could it be fungal !!

Venkat Pawar. Thanks however have already done the remedial spray when there were no leaves or new shoots, there were bud like shoot formation could be seen, now since shoots have erupted they are curling inwards with the edges of the leaves looking dark brownish in colour as though dried.

Sir still signs of mites attack is clearly noticed on erupting leaves. I suggest you to use Acaricide spray like Abamectin or speromesifen for effective control.
