Hi rabat maroc the picture is not so clear but this is problem of Crown Gall in grapes due to bacteria if you have more pictures send here and for this you have to use any bactericide spray

I agree with Sali's diagnosis. Mr.Rabat Maroc wash the affected area with shampoo water and then carryout spray of Neem oil. Thanks
