Thanks Verma! Might be the leaves were infested by small larvae/caterpillar at the most early stage when the leaves were very tender and delicate. As the leaves started growing older the holes enlarged proportionately and eventually. So, at present my direction is that it may not need any treatment at all. What is your opinion, Nikhil?
