Cucumber
I have noticed that only one of my 4,000 stands of Cucumber plants displayed yellow discoloration. What do you think is responsible for this discoloration ?

Hi Alao Idris. I am not sure, but symptoms are similar to Leaf Variegation. Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. If only one plant effected, just uproot and burn it immediately to avoid flower spread of any serious cause.

It's possible that particular spot may have varied fertility compared to others. That particular spot may lacks Magnesium which is an important building blocks in the formation of chlorophyll or contain excessive nutrients which hinder the uptake of magnesium.
