Hi Mohamed Maurish I think it's due to over moisture. Check symptoms of Damping-Off of Seedlings also.

Looking at the symptoms I can 90% confirm it is nematode root attack, roots could be knotted. Paranox solves such issues. Supposing your plant weakens at a given time of the day and recovers later!
