Cucumber
In my bottle gourd,small fruits come but they don't grow more,at certain size they will be brown in color and dried out.. Please tell me about the disease.

White spots started from lower leaves, now coming on top leaves also. This started after heavy rains but the plants are under transparent plastic shade. Also no direct sunlight available in the area. Is this powdery mildew? Also what would be the organic solution to this problem? Thank you for reading.
