Sir which virus is this leaves are small and yellow tree also small. our turai land is nice but in middle one one tree got virus please sir give me answer

Just first fruit came,with in 30 days hybrid.
+ 1There is yellow spot on leaves ? Is this due to insect or this is Downey mildew ?
in intial steg some yellow spot apear on plant after that it cover all over the leaf and after some time the leafs become dry and deattached to plant
