Hi Banala Shyam. I am not sure - compare symptoms with Bacterial Wilt by clicking on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. Stem rot caused by any soilborne fungus either Pythium or Phytophthora. Drench Metalaxyl+Mancozeb 1.5g/L
