Hi Kumar K this is calledCucumber Mosaic Virus there is no chemical control to recommend you just as much you can control the insect because its spread from insects thanks for visiting plantix

Hi Kumar K. Yes Tufail Abbas is right. It's Cucumber Mosaic Virus . This disease transmits by vectors called Aphids . Lets control vectors. Disease drastically reduces. So, for more details, you click on both green links for knowing symptoms and taking control measures.
