It seems to be viral infection, may be transmitted by Whiteflies. If less number of plants are infected, uproot plants and go for spraying insecticides for sucking pest

CGMMV (Cucumber Green Mottle Mosaic Virus) is seed borne virus transmitted by seed and mechanical not by insect. Secondly just by looking at at symptoms we can't predict which virus it is. One thing is sure those are virus symptoms.
