I removed the severely affected leaves then treated with Mancozeb rest of the healthy leaves. Hope that it helps!

Hi Jaymakwana8354 . It might be due to overwatering and waterlogging - avoid it. Let's also check any pest and occurrence near the fruit - it's also one of the main cause for fruit drop, if so take up control measures immediately. Thanks for visiting.
