The fruit this year has a lot of dark brown and green stains! What could be the possible reasons! Not getting the value for the same in the market!!

But since last 3 to 4 months the fruit(lemon) is not growing. I actually gave much amount of salt water to it. So what can I do to improve this plant. Please help me?
+ 2As shown in pics attached those leaves are having these dried patches. These patches are mostly whitish Brown and so dry. Dry enough to crack them whem put pressure on them. Many leaves have it. Can't see it on new leaves. Thanks.

Spray COC along with imidacloprid or acetampride alternatively at 15 days interval. Give proper irrigation. Remove dried leaves and twigs and burn them.
