Hi Malik Haseeb I'm agreed with the suggestion of Suresh Gollar. As per your images, The symptoms are much close to Citrus Canker It is very common disease of citrus 🍊. Tips: 👉We usually use streptomycin sulphate 1mg in 2 liter of water to control this disease effectively. 👉You can also use copper oxychloride to stop it's further infestation. Hi Malik Haseeb , I think you are trying to say "Lamdacyhalothrine"? It is use to kill worms or citrus caterpillar in orchard not for this bacterial disease.

Malik Haseeb as per my personal experiences, I used streptomycin sulphate & go better results. Both are good , Use chemical which is easily available in your market.

Yes dear it seems citrus canker. We got better results of kasugamicine+copperoxychloride on it
