What is the cause of problem on citrus fruits.
It looks insect attack due to small injury in the center but it is only present on outer side of fruits that face toward sun.

Key Lime Tree, has webs over it but I don't know what's causing it.
Not sure if the bug is bad for the plant. The web is starting to pull in the leaves inwards.
