Anyone know what to do or is it a goner? Tree lives in London outdoors. Happy to give it away for free, I don't have space for it inside and it hasn't been happy all summer, I think it's too windy on our balcony

Yeah it does look more like Scales. I think this plant is beyond saving, it might just have to be binned to be honest, they're EVERYWHERE
