Hi Malik Haseeb as per your images it is the attack of Citrus Butterfly caterpillar (young stage of butterfly) If they are less in numbers then there is no need to apply any chemical. Manually hand picking should be done using gloves. If they are greater in Numbers the the application of lamdacylothrine chemical will be effective. I hope this information will be useful for you.
