My four-seasons citrus tree goes bad during this year, few leaves and flowers are produced. Old leaves were crimped and display yellow areas in their surface. My tree looks very sick :( help !

The leaves are become yellow of few plants 4,5 plants are turning their leaves yellow. Other remain 100-110 plants are not affected. Only few plants showing this symptoms

My lemon plant is quite bushy( lots of leaves). It has lot of fruits and flowers. But now leaves are getting yellow and fruit is dropping. One fruit today dropped has a crack in it. There is lot of dust over the plant I am not washing it due to fear of harming flowers. Few days back I sprayed epsom salt over plant. That has left white Mark's over leaves. Please suggest me how to take care of plant at this stage?

Thank you, but the description of spots dosen't much, the real problem is that the tree doesn't produce new leaves and flowers (in comparison to the previous years), old ones in photos looks in poor condition
