I m not sure that is it black aphid attack or thrips attack & Please suggest a pesticide for this disease

The lime fruit is discolored , smaller than normal size upon ripening.The juice content has also reduced drastically.There are also ants in the tree.

Barks are cracked,also showing water soaked lesions

Key Lime Tree, has webs over it but I don't know what's causing it.
Not sure if the bug is bad for the plant. The web is starting to pull in the leaves inwards.

Hi Ahsan Danyal welcome to Plantix community 😊 Yeah you are right, They have much resemblance to blackAphids (although image is blurred) Go for the application of Neem oil mixed with water to get rid of them. To gain good quality fruits, maintain the availability of nutrient supply. Which fertilizer you have applied yet?

Hi Ahsan Danyal also do the foliar application of NPK 8-8-6
