There are small dots rust colour dots are appearing on the bottom of the fruit. And eventually it is forming a round circle.

H Jp Singh. If one or two leaves effected - remove leaves immediately and burn them. Don't do overwatering and direct watering on plant. Even don't allow soil to become waterlogged. Make a hole below the pot to drain out excessive water from the pot. Apply good amount of farm yard manure or vermicompost once in 6 months to get good growth of your citrus plant. Try.
