my whole citrus lemon plant is covered with brown dot.It is on the leaves,fruits and stems of the lemon plant.I don't know what it is.Is it dangerous ?will it kill my plant?How to cure my lemon plant?Please somebody help me.How I can make my plant once again healthy.

No ,there is no gum coming from any part of my plant .I have posted many pictures of the problem.If the pictures are not clear than I can add more pictures also.

It is something rust like small formation.if you scratch with your nail then it can easily come out.
