Veera Most likely Sooty Mold deposition. You can remove the mycelium and spores by rubbing with jute fibre or coarse cloths then spray copper oxychloride.

For control, you can apply mineral oil, emulsifiable vegetable oil or insecticide based on neem seed extract.
