Hi Fraz Ali , as per your image it seems due to the attack of fungal pathogen. your plants are also suffering from nutrational deficiency. To control this disease first of all remove severly infested leaves & buried them into soil. Go for the application of NATIVO or Tilt. I hope you will get better results.

Spray cooper oxychloride along with this fllod sulpher and remove affected parts it will be fine.
