Neem oil can be applied to control aphids and other pests. However, you must be careful when applying so as not to cause leaf toxicity. Remember the product is an oil ... so it should not be applied at the hottest times of the day, should be well diluted in water and should not be applied in high concentrations. Regarding the intervals between applications, you can do 7 days and preventive up to 15 days.
