The brunches is going to dry.the colour of brunches is dark brown, and growth of plant is very poor.plz someone help me...

In the leaf a ring like structure sowing and it is brown in colour and young leaf are silinder like structure.
Black Dots on the leaves also.
I have found these marks on my citrus tree leaves and I am searching my self about the cause. I would be glad if can help me. These marks not sticky nor rough.

Hi Asif Afridi Khan ! It seems heavily affected with Citrus Canker and dieback . Please provide proper nutrition to plant and use copperoxychloride as spray. All the best
