This citrus fruits breaks before ripening. May I know the reason?

This is a citrus fruit which is bigger in size and is pure yellow colour when it is ripened.

Hi Manu Cleatus This could be because of rapid change of moisture level in soil (eg: Heavy irrigation after a dry spell).

Hi Manu Cleatus yeah we called it water stress. Other reasons may involve are given below >excessive use of nitrogen based fertilizer >Boron deficiency >Water stress
