Hi Fahad Ramzan look for Citrus Leaf Miner and Citrus Chlorotic Dwarf Virus the main issue is insect spray neem oil or abamectin for control

Hi Fahad Ramzan as per your images, It seems Iron Deficiency. Dear Tufail Abbas there is no infestation of Leaf Miner Flies 😊.
