Slow growth and leaf damage. What seems to be the issue?

The leaves seem to be fed on by the insects I attached to the post, what are they and how to get rid of them?

Steven Nani the 3rd picture insect is look like Rice Bug simply use NPK 20-20-20 along with neem oil or acetamiprid thanks for sharing

Tufail Abbas it's not Rice Bug from my research it seems to be Antilochus Conqueberti, but I'm not sure.
