Hi Zaid your plant some leaves are look like effected by Citrus Leaf Miner while the some are look like Citrus Chlorotic Dwarf Virus use 2 gm copper oxychloride+3.5 ml abamectin for control the both problems and start a new groth for better growth put some organic or manure and use azabian foliar for stunting growth 😊😊
