Hamna Noor It seems insect infestataion. These black dots are the waste of pests. Have you seen any insects there?

yes small insects are presnt on leaves with these blck spots

Hamna Noor yeah remove such leaves & buried them into soil with insects. You can also do the application of Neem oil mixed with water to get rid of them.
