Salman Shaheen as per your image which is not clear , I guess it is the attack of psyllid . click the below tag & compare . Citrus Psyllid Now a days its attack is common in punjab. chemical control is mentioned below. please send clear image for confirmation .

Can anyone please identify what causing this and what can I do about it ro resolve?

As shown in pics attached those leaves are having these dried patches. These patches are mostly whitish Brown and so dry. Dry enough to crack them whem put pressure on them. Many leaves have it. Can't see it on new leaves. Thanks.
