WHITE SPOTS ON LEAVES LIKE FUNGUS

From last 3 months this plant id shedding it's leaves, and now there is no leaf on this Mossambi plant. Even the stems are dry and dryness of stem is moving towards it's roots slowly...Please help
+ 1Fruits are getting yellow and then falling from plants the pic is attached
Some of my citrus trees are not doing well after i changed the pot. Some of them the older leaves turn dark, curl up and dry and eventually the plant dies. Another one is drying up as well at the tips but a very light color. Does anyone have an accurate diagnosis please?

Removal is not possible, whole leaves on plants are spotted with fungus, if any specific chemical spray needed, thanks to guide

Ashfaq yeah you can do the application of chemical named Trifloxystrobin . Its a fungicide . Use can also use the neem oil .
