If you don't know from where you can buy this oil you can simply make a organic insecticides at home , Collect the leaves & seeds(if available) of Neem Tree . Put them into water container and  start boiling this water . After a while the water turns green . The foliar application of this water kill the pests .you can also use Tobacco leaves, Chrysanthemum flowers  ,  to make natural insecticides at home.
