Phytopthora Root Rot or Gumosis ... Actually it is a cancer in citrus crop

I check all possibility of attacks like mites, and other sucking pest. No any pest on it. Also in nutrition I gave Calcium nitrate with boron following 12 61 with micronutrients. For spraying Thimethoxam 1.5 ml + propineb 2gm + ZnB essence 2gm Soil :- loamy Dripper/plant 10 Discharge 4lit Irrigation hr 6hrs/ 6day Irrigation schedule changes as per weather conditions
+ 1The size of the fruits is small and the leaves appear to be yellow, the plants are deteriorating.
+ 1Please suggest any solution for the same
