Debashish Hota Seems to me it's a havoc of Aphids infestation in your plant. Please spray lambda cyhalothrin asap to save the plant because it already crossed ETL. If you click on the green hyperlink that takes you to plantix library for more details and control measures in time.

You apply rubbing alcohol / isopropyl alcohol. This will melt wax like substances secreted by these aphids.
