My Orange tree (Citrus). The age of the tree is 3 years but till now there is no fruits what's the problem. (It is a hibride tree)

The tree is not pollinating and so there is no crop. It's been 3 years now. What should we do?

plant seems as nutrient defficiency. so apply nitrogen. And also use jiva amrit. remove infected plants. also use some growth regulator like gibberellic acid
