Is this a sign of potassium deficiency?

From last few days ever since i repotted this small baby lemon plant into a mixture of garden soil, sand and cocopeat. Its not showing any signs of progress. As i went through plantix health check potassium deficiency was closest match. Please guide. And what are measures to cure it?

Harish Arora No, neither. Pls ck your plant was in a transplantation stress. Please continue nitrogen and water in a regular interval. It will definitely recover soon.

may be you are ryt. i repotted 2weeks back. and from that day its not improving. i added vermicompost yesterday. i am watering the plant as necessary by keeping the soil moist. lets hope for the best. thanks a lot for your suggestion.

I think its due to excess salinity and overwatering. I would suggest you to keep your plant in full sun and water just to maintain moisture. You will see the difference. Also bushy plants don't like excessive watering.
