Why the Citrus Collour IS White??

hi Mayer Dwiko Sitepu ! This fruit is white because of mould fungi growth on it. Mostly dominated by Penecillium and Aspergillus sp. which will turn in to green or brown coloured after some time when fungal spores will be formed. Thanks for visiting Plantix community.
