Seems like that this plant is in an acute crisis for the nutrient management and the leaf chlorosis in it's pattern is a characteristic symptom indicating most possibilities of being associated with Sulfur Deficiency and development of some fruiting bodies of Powdery Mildew disease. So, I should request you to review at plantix library for comparison with your affected plants and get more information about these things and control measures. Thank you!
