Hi Ramesh. Remove weeds around the plant first. As per your sent image - your rose plant is suffering from Iron Deficiency , Potassium Deficiency and Rose Mildew . Click on green links for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. Also need to apply good amount of Farm Yard manure or Vermicompost once in 6 months to get good growth.

Hi Ramesh. You can apply recommended dosage of Farm Yard manure or Vermicompost along with recommended dosage of fertilizers according to your area and soil test or you can also use fertilizer calculater available here on home page for rose to get good growth of your rose plant and its flowers yields too. Try.

Hi Ramesh . Ok, you can. Even though it need to apply Farm Yard manure or Vermicompost to decompose Farm Yard manure, while applying WDC.
