All of my leaves are affected, the new ones don't last long either. I can't find any visible bugs. The camera makes it look quite green but it's more on the yellow side in real life

Hi Linda . I suspect it as Potassium Deficiency and initial stage of Leaf Miner Flies and Thrips or Cercospora Leaf Spot of Legumes . Click on green links for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library.
