It looks like some kind of boring insect but, as seen in the pictures, the stems on the effected parts also become quite 'angular/square'

Upper leaves shows intervainal chlorosis in some plants but some plants are healthy also.this is 1.5 months old.

Thanks Suresh Gollar but I think this may be different. It only effects long/snake beans and the larvae in the plantix library soy bean stalk weevil pictures look quite big, I have never seen these before. Is there something else you know of that would cause similar problems?
